Unless we agree otherwise in the order, risk passes according to the Incoterms stated on the invoice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for a production job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Sialkot have jurisdiction.
